A diploma in Production, Direction and Video editing(2000) from AAFT and an M.A in Mass Communication from Guru Jambeshwar University, and starting off with the company as a production/direction assistant in 2003, Kirti served in the capacity of Associate Director and Chief Editor till 2023 after which she took on the role of our Head of Outreach.
